Did Chappell caused this Indian defeat against Australia?

Once again India got defeated by Aussies by 6 Wickets. Indian coach Greg Chappell was dreaming to win Cricket World Cup
2007, now came to know that it is not so easy or even quite difficult to think about world cup.
In yesterday’s match, Indian batsmen were again looking ineffective against Australian bowlers as till the end it was very difficult for the Indian batsmen to take even singles. In the last two overs of Brett Lee, only one run was scored by them. It shows how miserable was Indian cricket team against Australia. Not only batsmen, Indian bowlers were also not effective against Australian Batsmen.
Now it is the time for BCCI to take some serious steps if they really want to achieve in the world cup 2007.
