Why Adam Gilchrist retiring?

Posted by Kokolicious on 27th January 2008

When I came to know about this decision of Adam Gilchrist, a question came into my mind. Why? So when I was thinking about this I saw many points which can be the reason of this why.

One of the reasons which anyone can believe is his game. It has been in slight decline and he may have feared that he might have to go out of the team. He has made some bad errors behind the stumps against India, and since the start of the 2005 Ashes, when he was quelled by Andrew Flintoff, his Test batting average lies just above 30. Then there was the lure of the IPL’s Twenty20, which is rapidly changing the face of world cricket. Last week the franchises of the eight teams were sold for $712m to add to a decade of TV coverage worth $1 billion.

agilchrist.jpg

Another reason which I think might be true is that Adam Gilchrist is an honest man. Many times it happened that in crucial matches umpires were not sure whether he is out or not, but if its out then he doesn’t even looks for the umpire’s decision and starts walking towards the pavilion. An honest person like him can never see anything wrong happening around him. Everyone is aware of what happen in Sydney test. I think Adam Gilchrist might have warned Ricky for not doing any thing wrong against Indian team. But when he saw that no one is in his favor and everyone is ready to play foul, he decided to go out of the team.

MTV Roadies auditions

Posted by Kokolicious on 26th January 2008

For Dates and Venues of MTV Roadies 6.0 Auditions Click Here.

If you have tried for MTV roadies and you didn’t get selected then its your fault. This I am saying because what I saw is that Nikhil and Raghu want only honest persons to come for the auditions. The participants trying to fake that they are tough and they can take any challenge in Roadies. But what I saw that this fakeness is making Raghu and Nikhil mad and crazy. Participants are not accepting that Raghu and Nikhil have come to know that they are faking. One of the most stubborn of them is Kabir who first time came as a blind person in Delhi’s audition and next time he comes to Jaipur and claims that he has fooled Raghu and Nikhil. All viewers saw what happened at Delhi’s audition. As soon as Kabir said the reason of his bike accident Nikhil knew that Kabir is faking.

Other participant who got selected who was stubborn at starting is Vikrant. But what went in his favor that he accepted that he made a mistake. But the biggest trait which I think the judges like about Vikrant is that he was saying what he really felt. Sonel got selected because she accepted that she is wild. And did what judges said. She got selected not because she did what judges said but she got selected because they saw that she can tackle other MTV roadies. Same way at Jaipur, Ashutosh was the only person who clearly showed that he is what he says.

Are Shahid Roza a couple?

Posted by Kokolicious on 25th January 2008

Everyone knows about the break-up of bollywood’s famous couple Shahid and Kareena. No one exactly knows about the reason of breakup. Some say, Kareena had been upset over Shahid’s growing friendship with Amrita Rao and reportedly had an arguement with Shahid about it. Moving on, Saif only came in to comfort his good friend and talk her out of the depression.
But now, we can see that that was not just friendship between Saif and Kareena. Kareena can be seen spending time with Saif’s children.

Past
Saif and Roza
Present
pic3.jpg

And Saif can be seen with a new tattoo in his left arm which reads Kareena in Hindi.

pic1.jpg
pic2.jpg

Giving all this a whole new turn is that Roza was seen with Shahid. According to sources, it was that lady again at work. Italian model Roza first ditched Saif and now she has been spoling the fun for him too. Meanwhile, Saif and Kareena were at it, Roza quietly passed on the story of the new affair to Shahid.

In a way it was better for Shahid that he found the reality between Saif and Kareena before its too late. But there are few questions in my mind. If Roza told Shahid about Saif and Kareena then why did she tell Shahid about this? Is she upset that Saif is with Kareena? Or When she saw that her ex has gone with Kareena, she decided to go with Shahid?

Most of the internet surfers believe Shahid and Amrita Rao make a beautiful couple. Personally I like them too.
